I am passionate about food and creating dishes which are vibrant, delicious, and full of life.

This passion means you will always eat creative, imaginative, and tasty food.

I will work alongside you to find the best fit for your particular requirements, whether this be providing a dish or two for your event, or a fully catered service.


Meticulously crafted and visually beautiful, deliciously nourishing menus tailored to your event – no set menus here – it’s all about what you would like!


Wholesome and nutritionally balanced meals and snacks, which will nurture and support your clients during their retreat experience, allowing you to focus on other aspects of your participants’ well being.

Private Catering

A number of services are available; from cooking an element or two of your menu, to fully-planned, catered and staffed events. I will work with you to develop a menu and an experience to suit your needs.

Beautifully nourishing food that is sustainable in every way



I firmly believe in sustainable nourishment, where the impact of each step of an ingredient’s journey has been considered. This includes forging long-term relationships with small, independent (and often local) producers and suppliers, supporting organic high welfare, and natural farming methods, and paying fair wages.

Thus the final dish is fully nourishing; nourishing for those eating it, for growers & producers, for employees, and for our planet.


choose ingredients which are at their best and in season, allowing the development of seasonally reflective menus, which in turn fulfil our own seasonal requirements. This is a more creative and less wasteful way of operating and fits alongside sustainability. This way of doing things is more creative, less wasteful.


The use of ingredients, which have been sourced sustainably, which are organic and seasonal, help to create food which is nutritionally dense and really feeds us. I develop wholesome and balanced menus, incorporating meals and snacks which nurture and support. 

Dietary versatile

Our food is made with plenty of fresh and tasty ingredients and offers all types of diet; vegan, vegetarian, omnivorous etc. I am able to adapt recipes for a variety of special dietary intolerances i.e. gluten/egg/dairy/sugar free and am well versed in developing menus to reflect specific dietary protocols i.e. anti-inflammatory or high protein/low carbohydrate.

Nourish Yoga Brunch

11.45am -1.00pm  2 course brunch prepared by Gill




Lisa will teach a gently energising somatic yoga practise – somatic movements are subtle and yet work deeply and on many levels, bringing a profound sense of wellbeing to all aspects of our being: working physically to ease out accumulated tensions and patterns of stress held in the body, mentally to bring some space to a busy mind, energetically to reconnect to a deep source of natural energy, and emotionally to bring regulation and balance to the nervous system. Lisa is eager to share the magic!

Maybe I’m biased but I love Lisa’s classes, she is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. Her style of yoga is inclusive and achievable for all levels of experience including beginners.


Your yoga session is followed by a delicious freshly prepared two course brunch which will compliment the morning’s movement; a meal infused with my passion for creating food which sustainably nourishes, which is seasonal, flavourful and interesting.

We will sit around a communal table to share food and conversation.

You will be genuinely well fed. Nourished.

Please bring a mat, bolster, blocks, and a blanket.

Some spares are available on request.


There will be plenty of time during brunch to ask Lisa and I any questions which may arise from your morning.
